2017 Infiniti QX30 2.0 from North America

Summary:

This car is a POS

Faults:

Major turbo lag.

Mercedes engineering.

Funky transmission.

Data center/technology is severely dated.

Visibility is terrible.

Feels cheap and half ass.

General Comments:

The major problem is this car is a Mercedes with Infiniti badges. It does not have the reliability, comfort and power that Infiniti is known for. I traded in my 2005 FX35 with 150k miles for it to upgrade technology wise, and I hated it so much I made the dealer give me back my car and I still have it. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR IF YOU LOVE INFINITI. It was a major mistake the brand made and hopefully the last one.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Don't Know

I considered leasing one of these last year, but I had a feeling it would be exactly what is described in this review. It says a lot that the QX30 was discontinued in 2019. Infiniti is in a bad place.

Leasing a car is the most expensive way to operate a vehicle. Basically renting the car & spending a ton of money in the process. The only thing worse than owning an unreliable Infiniti is leasing one.
