So... What exactly has gone wrong with the car? The problems you describe are more like faults, not actual problems.

Any company will make a better car in some years, then a less good one the following period. It always goes like this. Really depends on how good is the engineering team assigned to the project, and also depends on the management and CEO objectives and budget. These teams change all time, some retire, some are new graduates... it fluctuates and so does the quality of the cars. What's more, all car models of same year may not even be of the same quality, because they are done by different teams. I have to say that Nissan has not be doing that well in the past 10 years or so. The company seems somehow 'disoriented' with low sales, compared to the competition. Nissan has always been a mixed bag.

I guess in all fairness you could drive one of these every single day for years. Bank the money savings and buy a $150k car later. Forget about ride, comfort, paint and cosmetics. To me a truck is to use carrying, towing etc. My trucks I have owned typically cost more to insure than cars. Maybe they don’t like 4x4 or possible damage exposure. Even with private use I’ve brought home trees, topsoil mulch, and even a piano. The likelihood of a dent or paint damage is always possible. Or backing in non paved areas to pick up. Either way it’s higher. My son's Rubicon and truck cost more to insure than his Challenger 6 speed manual Hemi. Must be 4x4 or driving it on the beach. Out of all our vehicles, my wife despises riding in a truck. I’m sure this truck could be handy doing the above. It will start and run and use it for weekend tasks to get your money's worth out of it.

Are you even aware that the vehicle on review is a luxury crossover and not a pick-up? Therefore pretty much your entire comment has nothing to do with anything.

"I'm sure this truck could be handy doing the above"

This original review on topic is based on a seven passenger crossover.

Explain how it is remotely possible to haul a piano with this model.

Maybe strap it to the roof?

Toy piano like the one Schroeder used to play perhaps?

Was wondering the same thing myself. Probably posted just so they could mention they have a 6 speed manual Hemi Challenger in their family.

Yeah, then they covered it with Linus's blanket so nothing would get scratched.

It was related to insuring. I know exactly what the review model is. But have fun. Amazing how comments flow on vehicles that commenters have on many vehicles they would not remotely consider buying. I actually felt the same way about buying a Buick this year. Just no way. Thought my wife was nuts. Cheap car, but impressed me enough to write a check for my own to use. If I tire of a vehicle, I will sell and buy another. No telling what brand or model. No emotional attachment. And it can happen in the same year. If you do buy a crossover of any brand, try to order with AWD. My opinion. Keep the colorful comments coming; most are great.

Like all modern cars, they are full of gimmicky crap; look out the windshield while you are driving and not into the dash.
