2003 Land Rover Range Rover Vogue 4.4 from UK and Ireland

Summary:

Pure luxury

Faults:

None.

General Comments:

This is my third Range Rover and my fifth Landie. Previous experiences were of tough trucks with poor reliability. Particularly the electrics. Had owned Landcruisers in New Zealand and found them a paragon of virtue.

After returning to the UK, I decided to try the new Range Rover. Having been taken around an off road course at Billing in 2002, then 70 mph across a field in the Rangie, I finally bit the bullet and bought one.

Tried the TD6, found it lacking in power. V8 is the way to go. Hope I can live with the consumption.

Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Love my Range Rover. Mine also has the V8 and I get an impressive 21 mpg on the highway. Off road, this is hands down the most sure footed 4x4 ever built. People that don't know any better buy Jeeps. People that want a truly unique experience both on and off road, should buy the Range Rover.
