2008 Lexus GS 350 from North America
Summary:
Don't buy lexus
Faults:
Car had a compressor failure followed by fan belt rupture and engine overheating. It has 10,000 miles.
Lexus will not cover damage under warranty, they say I caused the damage to the vehicle. This was their response after waiting for 4 weeks. Don't buy this car. Worst customer care service I have ever experienced.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No

The Lexus GS IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!! The last 15 years I had 5 Lexus and I went to the garage just for regular service. There is no car in the entire world that can beat the Lexus.

Don't buy Lexus because your particular Lexus dealership has bad customer service???
I have 2 Lexus, and one of them is about 8 years old with almost 180,000 miles on it, and it has never given me any bad surprises.. I have owned 4 different Lexus so far, and they all are terrific vehicles; talking about GS and LS models only...
