1989 Mitsubishi Lancer review from Australia and New Zealand
"Cheap to run"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Overdrive only works sometimes.
Has started to leak oil.
C.V joints went around 130000,
General comments?
Has no power, just makes more noise when trying to overtake.
The overdrive clutch is worn out, I have been told it's a common problem.
This is the second Mitsubishi I have owned where the gearbox has gone.
Very comfortable on long drives.
