"A fabulous drive when it runs"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Catalytic converter replaced.

Timing belt replaced.

Windows come out of frames, can't roll them up/down.

Headlights every few months.

Brake or tail lights every few months.

Ignition.

Front seat frame broken.

Digital screen for radio/temperature/time etc; can't read messages.

There is very little that has not gone wrong with this car. I paid it off in the first year, but have been paying a fortune to maintain it ever since.

General comments?

Do not buy one!!!

You are right never buy a junk. Always buy from a reputable Saab car dealer, cars that are not fit to drive should go to junk yard. Saab can travel 100+ mph easily, so car that are not properly maintain should be avoided at all cost, you don't want to lose any life just to save few bucks..
