1989 Skoda Rapid 136 rapid coupe review from UK and Ireland
"Wicked bit of retro fun"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Previous cars (1 x 136 and 1 x 135 ric)
Head gaskets.
Poor carburettors.
Injector on 135 very poor, changed to carb.
General comments?
New car to me, good condition for an 18 year old car, was poorly modified when purchased, so have:
Fitted ashley grp n exhaust very loud!
K & n air filter.
K & n vent filter.
Chopped front springs.
Bucket seats.
Harnesses.
Will be fitting weber replacement carb cos they are so much smoother.
All the above enhance skoda ownership greatly.
