1992 Toyota 4Runner review from North America
"Expensive and not worth it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had to replace the radiator which leaked, the power steering pump failing at 120k, I bought it without A/C but never had it fixed because it would cost over $1500 a head gasket blew and the engine had to be rebuilt $4000 plus to fix. The sliding non powered seat broke and wouldn't roll back. A short in the rear brake light always burning out my new bulbs.
General comments?
Don't buy the 3.0 v6 it was poorly made and several years after the recalled head gasket it still broke down. I spend thousands on this car and would never buy a 2003 or older 4 runner EVER!!!
