1995 Mazda MX6 LS from Australia and New Zealand - Comments

"This is a car that can easily be loved."

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Be aware that when buying second hand and the kilometers reach or pass the 100,000 mark that the timing belt must be changed. Budget for this when purchasing.

Typical head and legroom problems for rear passengers.

The red model attracts an enormous amount of attention. Maybe that's good?

The factory alloy wheels tend to date the car and look a bit dowdy. Current style alloys have had people thinking that the whole car is new!

General comments?

Ideal mid-life crisis solution.

Affordable, sexy and a solid performer.

Generous boot space that extends into the cabin via the fold down rear seats.

Lots of legroom in the front.

The cabin has excellent 360 degree vision and a large airy feel.

Very little signs of wear and tear for a seven year old car.

An absolute thrill to drive and ergonomically comfortable with everything the driver needs logically laid out and reachable.

The auto transmission is very good and doesn't hold the MX-6 back from a standing start. This car is very quick off the mark.

The V6 is a perfect match for this chassis and body package. Very bright & response when asked to perform, yet easily tamed in traffic.
