Inner door seal pulled away from fixings at bottom (it is easily caught when getting out).
Instrument panel died completely-no speedometer, tachometer, fuel guage or temperature guage.
Indicator switch shorted causing random indicating initially and ending up with permanently operating indicators even when switch was central (off).
Head gasket blew at 67000 (still waiting to be repaired).
The car is comfortable and is very roomy.
The fuel consumption is reasonable as it is a diesel (typically averaging about 47 mpg).
The servicing is expensive especially the major service requiring a cam belt change which costs £400 alone.
After only 67000 miles the head gasket blew which is going to cost a minimum of £920 to repair.
I do agree with your comments on the cost of servicing. But what a great car. A feather bed ride, great handling, smart looks and acres of space. I owned the 110 version and always returned 47 to 49 mpg. Insurance was expensive, and yes, that all important cam belt change. Peugeot have since reduced the cost of this as owners were going to non Peugeot garages to have this done, resulting in an awful lot of cam belt failures.
As a result, this operation is now menu priced at £320.
