It stalls on a cold starst at 75 degrees outside. Has already had a new alternator, spark plugs and wires, fuel pump and still has the problem, along with at least 2 others at this dealership!
This car has been in the shop for 3 weeks out of the 4 months I have owned it. I am not happy with it!
I am having the same problem! Did you ever get this resolved????
I have the solution. Do like I did, GET RID OF IT!!! It is the worst car ever.
I think that your dealers don't know anything about repairing cars.//...!!!
I've had mine 9 months and have had the alternator and an axle replaced. Thank the lord for warranties.
Hyundai pays for the repairs, while you pay for the car.
I suppose people have learned nothing from the EXCEL Fiasco, and neither has Hyundai (Hope you understand nothing is drivable and inexpensive)...get it?
I have had mine for 82,000 miles with absolutely no problems. I also know many other owners of the same vehicle who have had no problems. I believe this to be a situation like many others, there are many good ones, and a few bad ones. I am glad to have not had your bad luck.
I've had my 1999 Accent GL for almost 5 years now with 130,000km on it and I've never had any problems with it. It's been a great starter car for me. Cheap, reliable and great on gas.
If you have never had a problem after owning one of these I doubt you actually drive it at all every car develops problems eventually if it is driven as a primary car my accent seems to think that I enjoy spending money on it.
