None, but it is only a month old.
I drove almost every other truck out there. The Ridgeline has more features and more room. The ride is the best part about this truck. I knew the truck would be in my driveway once I finished my test drive.
If you are looking for a truck and do not do hardcore offroading, give this thing a long look.
I've had mine for about 3 months. Its got around 10k on it and its starting to rattle. When I turn left I hear a grinding noise or it sounds like the power steering is going bad.
Yea, don't take it offroad. Other than that I like it.
I looked at one of these yesterday the first vehicle I would ever seriously trade in my Acura TL type S for. I went straight to it in the showroom. Please keep posting updates as you accumulate more mileage. I am hesitant on any first year model, but I definitely want one!
The owner stated that he compared other makes, but the Ridgeline had more room? What did you compare it to, a Tonka Toy? With it's 5 foot bed, I'm guessing the Ridgeline has among the least room!!!
The Ridgeline has more room in the cabin. I'm six foot two and liked the the seats, leg room and head room much more than any of the other trucks. The back seats are much better then the other guys. I now have 10,000 miles on my truck and love it, the truck rides great and gets good mileage.
It kills me a little inside everytime I see one of these so called "trucks" nowadays.
What happened to a truck being a 4x4 single cab with a nice V8 in it.
This honda is just... not appealing.
I own a 2004 Silverado and love the Ridgeline! My next vehicle!
It kills you inside?
Then don't buy one.
I'm sure you can find a ton of single cab v8 trucks for sale out in the sticks.
If you want something useful for small jobs, and great on roadtrips then it's a good vehicle for you. If you want a truck to work on and go mudding in then look elsewhere.
It should kill you more the fact that American trucks have fallen so far in reliability.
Rest assured I won't buy one.
A truck is a truck, and to call this a truck doesn't seem right.
Feels like our perfect vehicles nowadays are turning into suv/hummers with small open beds. Ugh, the ugliness, the appeal to everyone...
Disgusting.
Have you driven one? I have a full size Silverado and I was very impressed with the Ridgeline. It drives and handles really well. I wouldn't call any pickup a styling champion more so a very practical way to carry things. The trunk in the bed is really a great idea. I have always preferred car like handling. At times I just do not like driving a full size pickup. Anyway I am saving for this model.
It kills me with all of these "Original Truck" haters in here that always have to bash something new. I have owned fullsize ford F150's-F350's and I understand what those trucks are used for, but the Honda team designed this truck for a different kind of group. I have owned my Ridgeline RTL for over a year now and for what I need it for it does the job. I am not a contractor and do not carry or tow heavy equipment everyday (Buy a fullsize HD truck then). I have used the bed to move furniture and lawn supplies. So if you want a Heavy duty truck then buy one, but if you want a refined truck that rides as well as an accord, can go through snow with no problem and is capable of hauling small to medium loads then this is the truck for you. Again if you don't have anything nice or of technical perspective to say about the Ridgeline then go back to the domestic section and make your comments there, this is so childish.
People hype these trucks up too much, they seem to forget Ford, Chevy, and Fodge have had 4 door versions of pickups for quite some time.
And with the 1997 redesign, Ford's new F150s ride a lot nicer. I've owned a 95 F150 and now have 03 F150 Supercab, and it rides a lot better and feels car-like.
Drive the Ridgeline and you will be amazed of how much better it rides. I mean come on, it is an Accord platform, of course it will ride better than an F-150 or Silverado. The results of the Ford's 97-04 F-150 makes it a scary buy though...
What results?
The F150 is one of the top selling vehicles in america.
And there is no way a Eidgeline can handle the same abuse a 1/2 ton truck of any make can on a car platform.
I'm sure it won't take the abuse of an F150. So, if you want a truck to abuse, get an F150. If you are the other 99% of people who buy a truck for everyday use and some occasional light hauling or light towing, get a Ridgeline.
I think people looking at the Ridgeline would be better served with an SUV.
Also who's to say that 99% of Truck owners only use it as a truck occasionally?
Maybe a lot do. But I like the thought that when TSHTF I can take my F-150 4x4 and go basically anywhere and be confident it'll take any abuse and get me from A to B safely.
There is a reason the F-150 is the top seller in America, outselling Accord, Camry, Civic, Corrolla.
