2002 Perodua Kancil EX850 from Malaysia - Comments

Hello everyone! It's my first time to leave a comment here. I have read a lot of comments and I have seen comments of people trying to show off. Well here we go with the commentaries.

The Perodua Kancil is a rebadged Daihatsu Mira for Malaysian production. The Daihatsu Mira has been proven and tested to be one of the toughest KEI cars in japan. I said "TOUGH" not comfortable. Tough would mean it can survive rough use, rough roads and besides the engine is Japanese made. Japanese people are known to be very strict regarding the durability of their engines. So I think it's a good car but of course its really designed and made to be cheap so you can't really expect it to be better than a RENAULT. Only a moron will compare this car to a more expensive car. Of course you have to take into consideration the size of the car, leg room is really small, so tall people should avoid buying this car... driving ergonomics is really not that good if you compare it with bigger cars especially the expensive ones. It has a very small engine, speed freaks and racing aficionados would die of boredome if they drive this small car. Its interior is basically cheap that is where the price cut off is based so don't compare the interiors with a BMW, Benz, Renault etc etc.

But if you want a cheap and practical car that is very reliable and very economical, well the Perodua Kancil (Daihatsu Mira) is the car for you.

It's reasonably good car! Low Fuel consumption & low maintenance! Just drive carefully...!! No regret. I have 3 cars.. kancil is one of them!
