Dodge Caravans are great. There is a reason they have been the best selling minivan in North America for like 20 years straight.
I have a 93 that is still running strong with over 320000 on it, no joke.
I also see tons of them for sale online with over 300-400k.
Of course like any car they have to be maintained, and to be honest a lot of people don't maintain minivans very well. That would be the only issue. A lot of people haul and tow too much with minivans, which is why all makes and models of minivans can be prone to transmission problems.
All in all though, the Caravan is the best value buy in the new or used market; proven reliability for sure.
