I would not worry about it too much. You can collect the antifreeze in a small bucket then dispose of it as the bucket fills. Antifreeze is hazardous waste, so check for a hazardous waste disposal place in your area. In the meantime, fix the source of the leak, which is definitely coming from a coolant hose.

Coolant in the passenger compartment is likely to be the heater matrix - either the "radiator" inside has a leak, or perhaps any hoses or pipes that lead to it from the bulkhead.
