The answer to the question is: Yes, another Korean bargain. Utterly reliable, sailed through the MoT. Have had two tyres replaced as well as the cam belt. And that's it.
In terms of the driving experience, the engine is punchy (1.6 16v), gear change excellent and steering well weighted. It's let down by excessive body roll; feels a bit like driving jelly, to be honest.
Has all the toys (unlike the Accent): tilt / slide sunroof, air con, electric mirrors, heated mirrors, front fogs, electric windows etc. Everything works!
