Seriously? "a Mustang with some slight trim changes"? No offense, but you clearly have never seen a vintage Cougar or Mustang (or even pictures, apparently). Go find some so you can figure out they are two different cars.

I like them. At least these car’s differed from the Mustang in that they had a longer wheel base and a distinctive exterior styling.
It was better than the Camaro / Firebird of the same era.
