1993 Dodge Intrepid review from North America
"A good, reliable car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Air conditioning has stopped working.
AM Radio does not work properly.
Left channel of stereo goes out unless window is opened a crack.
Paint peeling on side panels, most likely from sun damage.
Dim headlights.
Poor fuel economy.
The heating would come on full blast at times, and the car would not recognize that it was on.
Loud road noise.
General comments?
The car is amazingly comfortable and seats 5 well.
It's lasted me this long, and the trunk is big enough to fit a 6' 4" man comfortably (seriously).
Had it not been for the accident (driver error), I would've kept the car till the bitter end.
Good stereo system.
All the problems can be attributed to the age of the car.
It never gave me any serious problems, aside from the heat.
Surprisingly powerful engine.
