1991 Geo Prizm review from North America
"Runs just like a Toyota Corolla, but cheaper"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The starter slowly went between 67,000 and 70,000 miles, it took a few months before it got too bad.
The driver window does not closely completely.
The dealership painted over the rust, which has now come through the paint.
The radiator either came with a leak, or acquired one.
The thermostat was replaced around 65,000 miles.
The car tends to run too hot.
At 75,000 the brakes need to be replaced.
General comments?
The gas mileage is great, I get between 30-42 miles per gallon.
The air is ice cold.
It doesn't have many problems for the year.
The car handles snow and ice with ease.
