1999 Ford Puma lux review from UK and Ireland
"Good value for money, very very poor service from Ford... A proper dfrivers car!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing too major has gone wrong with my Puma.
I had a brake fluid leak which was down to one of the hose joints leaking.
The cabin also suffers very badly with rattles that can't be located and cured, I just turn the stereo up!
Apart from the car has been fairly trouble free.
General comments?
Not too quick in a stright line, but the handling makes up for that... very good clutch and gear change... good value for money.
Too cramped in the rear, but this isn't a family car.
Not too bad on long journeys either and fuel economey is not that bad.
Rubbish headlights!
