1996 Toyota Levin BZ-G review from Australia and New Zealand
"A great car for the novice"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing.
General comments?
This is a fun car, however it lacks low down torque, you really need to rev this car out to get the most out of it, the engine produces 165hp, but at a hefty 7800rpm, and peak torque comes at about 5700rpm, so at about 5000rpm + the car is fun to drive, below 5000rpm it feels more gutless than ya average granny car.
The handling on my example is simply nothing short of excellent, however its fitted with aftermarket potenza struts and springs.
If you want a cheap to run sporty car then these are a good choice, but don't expect to beat many late model vtec hondas.
