2003 Audi A3 review from Australia and New Zealand
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing so far. In excellent condition.
General comments?
This car is probably underpowered for any serious boy racer antics. That aside, it's quick enough off the lights, and will challenge a WRX... if only briefly.
Has a lot of pick-up (esp. from 80km/h onwards), good handling, excellent stereo, very comfortable interior, solid build, great headlights, excellent switchgear, brilliant European build, and amazingly, even though I backed into a stump last night, the rear bumper has - and I know that sounds like boolsheet, but it's honestly not - almost fully repaired itself! Of course, there's still a few scratches on the paint, but otherwise the crater that was there has evened itself out! What more can you ask for than a self-healing car?? ;)
