2000 Pontiac Montana review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The roof of the van was leaking for quire some time. I had it at the dealer on 3 seperate occasions before they finally fixed the problem (I think).
The motor for the rear wiper now needs replaced and I am told it will cost $500.
There is also a ticking noise coming from the engine and I am afraid to find out what that problem is.
General comments?
This is the last domestic vehicle I will ever own. I also have a Dodge Stratus which is on it's third transmission and has had many other problems.
In my opinion, it is worth it to spend an extra couple of thousand up front on a reliable Japanese product. In the long run, it will be cheaper and there will be much less frustration.
