1990 Holden Commodore VN review from Australia and New Zealand
"Fantastic run around or first car with loads of power from Australia's own"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Power steering pump ($350 fitted)
Ignition barrell ($160 fitted)
Needs new exhaust manifold (has hairline crack)
General comments?
The car is the best value for money on the market. Anyone looking for an unsuspecting rocket, this is your car. It handles, performs and is rather comfartable with power steering, air conditioning etc. The acceleration from teh 3.8 Series I Buick is incredible and very violent if anyhting whcih can often scare and thrill the driver.
My only complaint is the poor quality of the window and door seals which fall off and the fuel economy can be pretty violent too if you've got a lead foot. Normal driving is good though.
