2000 Acura Integra GS-R review from North America
"Reliable, comfortable, quick, luxurious sport-compact"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Biggest problem I have had with the vehicle so far is the Valve Cover Gasket had to be replaced.
Sunroof is a bit loud, think it just needs to be greased up.
Antenna is quite annoying.
General comments?
Very fun car to drive. The GS-R I drive has an upgraded suspension (Tien SuperStreet Coil-Overs) so I can really push it thru corners.
The DOHC VTEC is tons of fun, for a 180HP the car is surprisingly very quick.
I have already purchased a bunch of aftermarket peices (Skunk2 Intake Manifold, Skunk2 Throtle Body, Comptech Ice Box, Comptech Header, Type-R Exhaust) which will get put on this upcoming spring, so I will not at all be surprised if I gain about 20-35whp with these mods.
The interior is very comfortable for a guy of my size 5'10. The leather is very rich and does not have many signs of tearing.
