1993 Acura Integra GS 1.8 DOHC from North America

Summary:

Lovely

Faults:

Nothing at all, and that car was somehow abused; it was raced, drowned, loaded with like 5 or 6 of my friends, and then raced haha (good old days).

General Comments:

One of the best cars that I ever had.

1993 Acura Integra LS 1.8 DOHC from Colombia

Summary:

Absolutely wonderfull!!

Faults:

Replace all coolant & heater hoses

Replace front wheel bearings

Replace front shock absorber bushings

Repair radiator leak

New O rings on steering box to cure a leak.

General Comments:

It's a beatifull sedan way different to anything ¨¨modern¨¨ on the streets.

After 14 years of usage, paint is superb and upholstery don't show signs of usage.

Engine pulls strong with 140 HP on tap.

It's a delight on twisting mountain roads.

1993 Acura Integra LS 1.8 DOHC from North America

Summary:

Very very well made car

Faults:

Just the battery needed replacing. Other than that, its ran like a dream. The 17" rims and tires throw off the mph gauge about 5mph over what you're actually going though.

No power to my cigarette lighter.

General Comments:

Great car. This is my 4th Integra. I've had 2 1993's, a 1991, and a 1996. It gets great gas mileage, usually 280Miles for the city, and 380ish for highway. Seats are very comfortable, even for a bigger person, like myself. High mileage and still purrs like a kitten.

1993 Acura Integra LS 1.8 from North America

Summary:

One of the better cars that are out there

Faults:

I bought this car for 900 and it was the best investment that I made. The car runs really strong, its fast and still looks rally good with all the new models out there. It looks better then some late model cars to be honest. I have to change the clutch this weekend, but other than that I hope that I will be able to keep this car on the road for another 100k.

General Comments:

This car is really good in handling and the gas mileage is 300 and usually more to a tank. Simply this car is a really good choice if you are looking in to a cheap car that is a hidden secret. Trust me on this one.

1993 Acura Integra LS 1.8L from North America

Summary:

Excellent car, highly recommended

Faults:

Week after I bought the car, it kept shutting off when I was at red lights. It took about 3 minutes for it to finally start up again. After MUCH research and going back and forth to the mechanic we deducted it down to the fuel relay. The part was $65. Later on it wouldn't start, so I replaced the ignition coil. A couple months after that I had to fix the passenger power windows, because the master side switch was faulty. I also replaced the spark plugs just for the heck of it. The car runs great.

General Comments:

Excellent car, high recommendation. Anyone buying a car must be ready to work on it no matter what. The problems with this car were small and easy to fix. Good learning process. I hope to keep this car for another 100,000 miles at least.

1993 Acura Integra LS 1.8L DOHC from North America

Summary:

Fun

Faults:

This car has been problem free since I purchased it with a little over 100,000 miles. engine runs strong and no other problems. the clutch will most likely need repairing within the next six months but otherwise this car runs and performs.

General Comments:

For a college student this is a great car to get me back and forth from school to home every once and a while and get me to work in the summers. It handles amazingly after I put on rims and low profile tires and sounds mean after a full cat-back exhaust and the car has great acoustics for a sound-system after I firmed up the trunk. This car simply gets the job done, and it performs and is fun to drive. i'd recommend this car to anyone looking for a cheap ride and performance at a low cost.

1993 Acura Integra RS 1.8 DOHC from North America

Summary:

On ownership you enter the kingdom of automobile splendor

Faults:

Timing belt (including water pump) replaced in the first week after purchase from a local auction.

Previous owner had car lowered and the rear suspension was way out of whack, so I had to purchase a camber kit to repair it.

As in most cases with Integra's, I also have a bad water leakage into the trunk. It floods when it rains and I have to use a wet/dry vac to clear it out.

The air conditioner currently does not work and will need to be repaired.

General Comments:

Excellent acceleration when there are no passengers with me.

It handles very smoothly.

Excellent paint job. Everyone tells me I have the shiniest car they've ever seen. My car is black and is very sleek.

Since it came with an awesome sound system (well over $2000 worth) when I bought it at auction, so needless to say that driving this performance dream is absolutely breath-taking. Kudos to the Acura/Honda design team for this era of automobile superiority. Even though my car is now 13 years old, I am extremely proud to drive around Los Angeles in this machine of excellence.
