I have a 1995 integra special edition that is pretty fast car. I have beaten v8 cars on take off. It is a fun car to drive. I drive an automatic.
An Integra LS is fun to drive. It sounds much more aggressive than the GSR... and yes it keeps up with lots of cars for the power that it is producing... and although there is no v-tec in this car.. it is still a great car to drive.
I have a 1995 Integra LS Special Edition (b18b1), I've adjusted the valves... what little they can be... cut out the test pipe, put aftermarket muffler on (cheap one), installed an short ram intake system... other than that the car is stock, and I've had it at 150mph.
I'm a Mustang guru, but I hate to admit that it will walk around a GT from a rolling start, and it will tear a RSX up as well as a RX-*.
The car by the computer is now pushing 165hp and 142 ft.lbs. torque. I don't think that's bad for 153000 miles.
I have a 95' automatic Integra LS... the tranny is out now.. I think... when I put it in drive it makes a bad grinding sound, and when I put it any other gear it does nothing, just sits there while I give it gas... does this sound like a tranny gone bad, or what else could it be? Any help will be greatly appreciated...
The car has had some mods done to it... DC headers, AEM cold air intake, Skunk 2 adjustable coils all corners, strut bars front and rear, top and bottom, plus a c- pillar bar... riding on 16' rota slipstreams... I have the car for sale at $3500 if anyone is interested... got married and now have a daughter.. not much room for a car seat...
Yeah, your tranny is gone brother.
Acura Integra LS is a nice ride. If you guys seriously want some decent answers to those questions, please join team integra or honda tech. Some of the questions that you are posting are very basic, and if you want to learn the best mods for the best price, you first have to know where you want your powerband to be, and go from there.
