The V6 Camaro is awesome. Of course I would want a SS, but Im only 16 and don't need that yet.
Overall I love how people think it's so slow, but it isn't, mine can hit 0-60 in 6.0 exact, not bad for just being a 6.
The mods I have is a custom intake and a flowmaster exhaust.
If you are 16 and worrying about 0-60 times, you would be much safer to the public on a Schwinn.
To make your 0-60 times accurate, you need to put a 9. in front of the 6 seconds. Your V6 Camaro reaches 60 in 9.6 seconds!
I'm with the author. I'm hell bent on buying the same model Camaro and owning this kid at my school that took a Charger SE and put Daytona vinyls on it. Can't wait to see if he's stupid enough to challenge me.

I had a Camaro SS in high school all the way back in 72 and am alive and acted responsibly. Of course I drove it in remote areas at times. You can drive a small 4 cylinder and run 100 mph like a fool too. It's how mature you are. I loved mine and it was mint always. I worked hard for it and my parents recognized that. If you work and buy it, that's great

A 1998 Camaro V6 has 180HP and weighs close to 2800 pounds. It would do 0-60 in 9.5 seconds.
You want power, buy a Z28, now that is a car worthy of the Camaro name.
