1998 Chevrolet S-10 review from North America
"Well worth the $13,000 I paid it new."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Automatic transmission slipped at 61,000 miles. A new transmission filter and transmission oil change helped quite a bit, however there is still some slippage. I have found that transmissions for this year has had problems.
Both seat levers have broken.
Various squeaks throughout the truck.
Alternator and battery went bad at 62,600 miles.
General comments?
Seats and ride are uncomfortable.
Excellent for moving or hauling small items.
