2000 Fiat Bravo HGT 155 review from UK and Ireland
"Shoddy"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Where shall I start?
Blown head gasket @ 19k.
Rear wiper failure, hose split water saturating headlining and boot.
Drivers door would not lock or shut when it has been raining!
Leaking sunroof.
Blocked drainage channels.
Alloys flaking.
Driver seat runners broken, padding squashed early.
Oil pressure light not working.
Interior plastics marked very easily.
Roof leaking - aerial gasket failure.
Handbrake freezes on in Winter.
Cassette eject mechanism failure.
General comments?
The most disappointing element of this car was its' performance - a claimed 155bhp felt exaggerated.
Expensive to run and poor dealership backup and lack of service.
Flimsly build quality which did not inspire confidence.
Sloppy handling and poor brakes.
Cramped in rear.
