Would like more info on a small block swap for the ford courier.

The truck is a great little thing to have. They only have one flaw, the motors suck. The best thing to do is drop in a small block FORD engine. They are also great to teach your kids to drive in. What can I say they are built like tanks.

I am presently the owner of a 1973 Ford Courier which is number 4 of these I have owned. I have My truck is original except for the following: I have installed a 5 speed transmission in it from a 1981 Courier; a second heater core for our Canadian winters; and shoulder belts. I have a number of body parts and I also know where there are a number of hulks here in Alberta Canada, plus three trucks besides mine which are still running. I would like to contact owners who wish to form a Courier Club and exchange information and source parts. I can be contacted at the following "e" mail address:::jalberta@telus.net. Regards, Len Jalbert.

Hi, I was wondering if any of you guys could send information on an engine swap such as pictures or parts suggestions. I have a 76 Ford Courier, and I would like to drop a 302 in it. Also, does anyone know where to get window and door seals for Couriers. My email is motorhead102482@yahoo.com.

I have a 1972 Ford Courier... Except it isn't stock... we put a 1972 Chevy small block 350 in there, MSD ignition system, performance suspension, and a 410 gear in the back. Now this thing is sweet, and it turns heads every two seconds. It's a good choice of vehicle.

I had a canary yellow 1975 courier when I was 20 in 1987, I flipped it one night...& that was that. I have so got the fever for a 72-76 currently, would appreciate any hook-ups on getting one. Happy classic mini trucking you guy's.-A.J.- from Austin, Tx.
