1999 Ford Taurus SE review from North America
"Not as much fun as others I've had."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Front rotors replaced twice.
Power steering failed at 60000 had to replace the steering rack at the same time.
Needed to have both front and rear wheels aligned after rack replacement
Rear window on passenger side operating motor failed.
Windshield wipers operate of their own free will, times they aren't turned on.
Idle down on deceleration a problem until dealer ran computer program update.
General comments?
This car is not as good as the 1997 Taurus I had previously.
It is noisy and vibrates on rough roads.
May look else where for next car.
