1996 Honda Civic EX review from Kuwait
"Simply the best.."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The only things that went wrong with the car are the ones that came with it when we bought it second hand. The car wouldn't stay centered and would sway to the right of the road and the axle outer wore out very fast, but an axle alignment fixed that. Sounds complicated? Na-ah, all they did was attach the right wheel to a chain fixed to the ground and reverse the car to yank it a bit. :) This "major" repair, cost all of US$30. No swaying anymore.
General comments?
This car is very fuel-efficient, and very low on maintenance costs. Because of the harsh climate in Kuwait, the car is serviced once every 3 months and excluding tires costs about US$60. Also has good resale value.
