2000 Mazda 121 DW5W Limited Edition 1.5 petrol from Australia and New Zealand

Summary:

Great

Faults:

Except for normal wear and tear stuff, nothing!

General Comments:

Should have been released with the B5 DOHC engine. But it's a steady performer as far as a 121 goes.

Have got a pod filter, strut brace, lowered springs, KYB shocks, 16x7 rims, cruise control, towbar, roof racks, Alpine head unit, nudge bar, spotlights, and HD clutch.

A very agile and fun little car to drive; very roomy and just right for a daily. This is my second car, as I wrote the last one off. Quite good looking with a little modifications here and there. Would easily buy again.

Recommend you buy the Series II, as it has a little better sound deadening, and better interior design, and looks.

2000 Mazda 121 Metro Shades 1.3 petrol from Australia and New Zealand

Summary:

Cannot ask for more

Faults:

Absolutely nothing.

General Comments:

Spacious little car. Can carry 4 people comfortably. Drives beautifully, and a very good car for city driving and occasional long trips.

Delivering 11.5 Km/ltr in city driving conditions, and 14 km/ltr in long trips.

Was able to hold a 50" plasma TV easily while a Toyota Camry struggled to fit it in.

Hi.

Recently I just bought Mazda 121 2001 model.

May I know where do you normally service your car?

Is it at Mazda or any service workshop?

Do you have any idea, in terms of km's how long this car will last?

Is this the one that is a Ford Fiesta in all but the badge?

Re: is this a re-badged ford fiesta?

No, this is the "square" wagon one that looks like a small SUV.
