"An amazing crossover that thinks it's a sports car"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Emissions reflash.

General comments?

This crossover is amazing machine; it has 244hp turbo charged engine and is quicker than my 2007 V6 Mustang Convertible that I traded it in for. It handles like a sports car with 4 doors, and has an amazing 6 speed transmission with paddle shift.

It also has a credit card type key fob that you never have to remove from your pocket to operate the truck.

Highest government safety ratings — 5-Star government frontal - and side-crash-test rating.

It's a beautiful looking truck inside and out.

Hey, it's nice someone finally gave an input on this car. I am actually in doubt between this Mazda and the Hyundai Santa Fe. The Korean car seems a little bit more "car for the money", but this seems more classy and is expected to keep its value better. hoping more people would give their opinion...

Love it, love it, love it!!! to me it one of the most beautiful vehicles on the road. It's quick the engine is powerful for a 4 cylinder. It's very comfortable hardly any

fatigue on long trips. It feels just like a car.

I absolutely love the color I have (black cherry mica)

the interior is designed nicely, but the plastic they use is cheap and has a high smell especially in the beginning.

Prospective buyers who are ipod owners should be aware that if they purchased the technology package with the navigation system, camera and 6 cd changer the ipod is not compatible with their system. this was a big disappointment to me and others. overall I like the cx-7 I actually chose this over a

BMW

We bought the CX-7 about 6 months ago. We love it, acceleration is spectacular, cornering like it's on rails. The seating is very comfy with the heated seats we have, there is plenty of room in the back seat. A neat feature we liked was the ability to fold down the rear seats with out having to go to the pasenger door, a simple little latch in the back and down they go, now only if they could getthem to go up the same way.

The are two things we don't like about our CX-7.

1) The fuel economy on our is not even close to what it was rated for and is quite frankly all over the board. We noticed this on the first tank of fuel, and have been monitoring it ever since to see if it would improve it hasn't in fact the best miage we got was on out 4 tank of feul. We get any where from 18 to 25 mpg not even close to the 30-32 it is rated for. (we would like to know if others have experienced this as well) We are quite disappointed in this as fuel consumption was the main reason for purchasing a new vehicle.

2) This isn't near as a pain as the fuel, but the smart key has a feature that is bragged about a little, you can put the windows down from a distance as they say to let the heat out on a hot day... too bad they didn't think to put a window UP feature on it for days when it starts raining and you are inside. Seems kind of silly to be able to put them down remotely, but not up!!! Who designed his feature anyway???

Noway You can get 32 mpg in CX-7. It's hard to believe that you're getting 25 either.

It's turbo charged engine and EPA Mileage Estimates for cx-7 City 16 mpg and Highway 22 mpg.

The reason that they don't put auto up on the credit card key fob is for safety reasons; if there is a child or pet in the window, and you close the window, some one would be hurt.

And the bad mileage; just upgrade the bov to a forge bov, and change your air cleaner to a cpe cai.

OK interesting comments, but what is a BOV and a Forge BOV.

Also, I don't know what a CPE CAI air filter is.
