Power steering lines rusted though and made fluid leak all over the place.
Timing Belt went at 160,000 kilometers.
Timing cover had to be replaced, (expensive for a stupid piece of plastic from a dealer)
Idle is off and needs to be re adjusted.
Overall I like this car, I put in my custom stereo and it sounds great! I have 4 subwoofers (2 8 inch and 2 10 inch) a 160 watt CD player and a 1000 watt amplifier, as well as 2 6X9 Speakers.
This car I bought off of my fathers friend for $500 and replaced the timing belt myself and the timing cover, and I am currently fixing the power steering lines.
If you notice it says down below that the kilometers from when I got it until now are the same... this is due to the fact that it currently sits in my driveway. I am only 17 and insurance in canada for young males is KILLER! I'm talking $3800 a year! so until I get a full time job, there it sits...
You're getting hosed on insurance. That is unheard of here in the states. I pay $90 bucks a month and I am a 17 year old male.
