"A nice car that turns heads"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Not that much yet, except an electrical problem which I'm still trying to solve. The Engine keeps cutting out when I'm driving or when I give it gas. It jolts violently when it does. Then when it stalls, its really hard to get started.I've changed the spark plugs, leads, cleaned out the dizzy,+ more. If anyone can help, please do!

General comments?

Apart from that, it's an awesome car! It's been resprayed, has 16" polished club sport mags, a 2and a half" exhaust, its been lowered and the interior is immaculate. A quick car.

Hey mate, I have had the exact same prob with my vl cutting out when I give it some or even if I went over a real rough bit of road. would either cut out or run like the dogs breakfast or surged abit. the problem was it was so inconsistant so it was hard to track. thought it was electrical as well. ended up being the intake plumbing between the airflow meter and the thottle body was loose. beware. it looked absolutly fine cause it was just leaking had not come off completely. when I tightened it, same problem. ended up using a flexable rubber glue. has not missed a beat in the 2000k's I've done since. any who hope this helps you out mate. catch ya

luke.
