I have a 1999 Denali with 140k miles on it, and had the same problem. It turned out to be the control module... now it's like a new car.

My wipers radio and power windows will not work. How do I fix it?

I have a 1999 GMC Yukon Denali with a 9 inch lift. I have an LT4 hot cam installed as well. I've had mine for about 3 years. I'm a General Motors certified tech. I had the same exact problem. This issue is caused by weak solder inside the Body Control Module. It's located under the center console. If you remove the module and open it up, look for black or burnt solder. It's only fairly burnt because of the poor connection. I removed the old solder and soldered a new bead, and mine hasn't let me down in over 2 years and it works. It's my daily driver.

This is a good tip for people who like to do their own repairs. It's a guaranteed fix if everything else is in working order.
