Good day! I had the same problem. What I've done is to remove the condenser near the radiator and the one on the front lower portion... and replaced it with a dual condenser and mounted it to the lower center front portion. Wow, the temperature reading is normal, even in heavy traffic.

Sounds as if your other radiator fan is not working, or you have a stuck thermostat; both real easy DIY fixes.
