1998 Dodge Intrepid SE review from North America
"BIG LEMON"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced 3 Transmission Modules @ $160 ea. The third one was out of warranty $160 out of my pocket.
Engine Locked up @ 75,000 miles. $2500.00 out of my pocket.
AC fan module went bad @ 3,800 miles.
$800 out of my pocket.
Evaporator under dashboard went bad 78,000 $800.00 out of my pocket.
Starter and Battery went bad at the same time $600.00 out of my pocket.
Passenger side window bracket broke $150 out of my pocket.
AC compressor went out. Cost to repair $700 out of my pocket.
Very Difficult to keep front end aligned (Eats Tires Bad)
RR window has never rolled down. The Dodge Dealer in North Central Florida said: That is common for Florida and there was nothing they could do about it.
General comments?
This CAR SUCKS BAD!!!
Mfg should take their licks and admit they produced a __itty prodcut and reimburce people such as myself that has paid 1/3 of what the car cost in repairs.
