1996 GMC Jimmy review from North America
"This company policies are a joke!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Ball Joints broke approximately three years ago, mileage then was 65,000, was driving the vehicle when they broke I didn't realize how serious the problem was until a policeman arrived on the scene of the accident due to the blockage of traffic on the main thoroughfare. In 2002 GMC contacted me, they would reimburse for replaced ball joints or replace. I sent them a copy of the bill, but they refuse to pay
because I cannot find canceled check.
What if I had paid cash? I have the original ball joint because it is defective, I kept it to be able to produce evidence GMC was putting defective parts on their vehicles. What a joke reimbursement!
