1996 Dodge Intrepid ES review from North America
"High maintenance"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Car was in poor shape when purchased.
Replaced all four brake rotors and
pads.
Replaced EGR valve, spark plugs and
wires.
AC clutch was bad replaced clutch and compressor.
Replaced a leaking fuel injector a month after purchase and replaced fuel rail o-rings.
General comments?
Car looks great, handles great, is roomy and fast.
Replaced inner tie rod bushings with Moog plastic replacements, rubber ones do not hold up well on these cars.
If I didn't do my own repairs I would not own the car.
