1998 Ford Escort ZX2 review from North America
"A major high performance bargain"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Before I had it, there is a service receipt for a driver side power window fix.
I had a click on the caliper to break and all it was was a rattle, very minor.
General comments?
I love my ZX2, for the money I paid and what's available on the market, I think my ZX2 is what I wanted. It's a great car, not as common as a Cav. or a Honda.
There will always be better and worse cars, but what I got, I am very happy with. No, my car is not perfect, I did not expect a perfect car, because I bought it used, but it has surpassed my expectations. Plus the posibilities of expanding the performance are excellent. Sad day for Ford to say goodbye to the ZX2 in Canada, it will be misses. AND I WILL NOT buy the ZX3 (toooo ugly).
