2000 Pontiac Grand Prix LE review from North America
"Generally speaking it is a nice drive"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The brakes had to be changed to a better quality and type.
The transmission had to be replaced because one or two gears had completely exploded. The warranty was up so the transmission was out of pocket even with the extended policy.
Driving on paved roads was like riding on a skateboard on a paved road. You felt every inch of surface every minor defect in the road.
0.
There was an engine oil leak that the mechanic had not been able to repair.
General comments?
The warranty should be 10 years basic to cover such defective parts as transmission gears.
It was a comfortable ride and handled turns very well.
