1998 Jeep Wrangler sport review from UK and Ireland
"Poor performer, but fun/reliable to get around in muck"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
All brake system had to be changed, replaced header/exhaust (gibson highly recommend) due to cracking, new shocks and springs, steering stabilizer, all sway bar pieces, all relays, sensors, and fuses, did add cold air intake/throttle bottle spacer (highly recommend), new battery, alternator, belt, follow recommend service, sparks plugs, cap and rotor, wires, all fluid, now can some one give me advice on how to fix these problems, dash board, lighter not working, constant squeaking in steering wheel, manual transmission that grinds, doesn't want to go into gear, a constant pinging, knocking sound that I have no idea where is coming from and any other suggestion of what I should look into getting replaced, please help this jeep owner!!!
General comments?
Cost a lot of money for up keep, seems like always something getting fixed, but does get me to my favorite fishing and hunting spots.
