1995 Ford Taurus GL review from North America
"If it starts, it runs okay"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When I first purchased the car, the distributer died, had to pay $300 to fix it.
After only a few short months my fuel pump went bad... another $300.
Recently, since my car was last worked on (last month for ignition problems), anytime I go between 45-60 MPH, there is a very loud whistling sound. No dealer has known what it is or how to fix it.
Right headlight has broken twice in last 4 months.
General comments?
I am SO sick of the loud whistling, I've tried turning the radio up loud and rolling down the windows, but nothing can cover up the extreme high pitch of the whistling. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? I'm losing my sanity and I'm getting frequent headaches now!
