1997 Chevrolet Blazer review from North America
"If your trying to quit drinking don't buy this truck!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Both seat adjusting knobs broke off on passenger side around 65,000.
Fuel gauge quit working at around 60,000 miles. Have to remember to set my trip meter at each fill up so I'm not walking.
4 Wheel drive won't engage at all now. First winter engaged and worked perfectly. Second winter, was doing circles in the middle of intersections trying to dodge oncoming traffic trying to gain control. Talk about a safety hazard!!!
Transmission has a hard 1-2 upshift 50,000. Dealer said it was fine.
Transmission won't engage at all 70,000. Probably gonna cost a million dollars to fix it. Guess I'll be stopping at the local liquor store tonight and drinking myself into an alcoholic slumber and then either drive the thing through the dealers showroom or through GM's front office!!!
General comments?
Besides getting married this was one of my worst decisions ever!!!
