1990 Dodge Daytona ES review from North America
"Economical attention grabber"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The entire cooling system about a year ago.
The throttle body, computer and sensors at about 175,000.
The master cylinder, rubber brake hoses, parking cables, shoes, pads, drums and rotors have been recently done.
The car was given a cheap paint job about a year and a half ago.
Both CV axles were replaced at 185,000.
The engine finally went at almost 200,000 miles.
General comments?
With the manual tranny, the car will roll.
The car has a mild performance image with louvers, aluminum wheels, and a spoiler.
Though I have put a fair amount of work into the car, I still love it and find it extremely easy, and cheap, to repair.
