1991 Dodge Stealth R/T review from North America
"I love it!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I bought the car from the second owner who bought it with 5,000 miles on it in the mid 90's. He put a majority of the miles on the car and kept the service up to date.
The only thing that has "gone wrong" with the car is the active suspension system. The system would turn itself on and I had no way to turn it off manually. It is very costly to repair ($140 for one strut cap and almost $300 for the strut tower) but I had the dealer unhook the system to keep it from randomly turning on.
The only other issue was the $400 to fix my driver side window.
General comments?
I love this car. I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's quick, handles great, and still gets looks for a 15 year old car. Just be warned... they are expensive to be fixed.
