Faults:
Master cylinder broke, luckily at a slow speed. Managed to hit a wall (no brakes) and dented my front bumper.
Alternator died.
Ionizer died, 2 times.
Clutch blew at around 25k miles, had it replaced with a performance clutch.
The dealers lack the brains, patience, and personality to sell boiled peanuts, much less cars.
General Comments:
This car was THE bomb. Super fast. I modified a lot i.e. supercharger, full exhaust system, air intake, etc. But even before that it was a cheap rocket. Modifications for it were cheap and impacted performance tremendously. It has the ability to house 500 horses under the hood for under 5 grand.
On top of this the seats were well formed, made the American way. Long road trips were surprisingly comfortable. The sound system that came with it was never touched, it was always a wonderful addition.
The paint job on this one (Mystic) was amazing. I got looks from everyone, it was a classic cruiser car.
Considering its low cost, and super high performance, the problems I had with it figure into the overall value. I could easily blow away the most expensive Japanese or German imports in a car 1/2 the price. Its comfort level exceeded those cars as well.

I have a 2006 V6 Mustang. The "check engine" light comes on for no reason -- Mechanics cannot tell me why. Have you discovered the solution for your problem with this issue? Raymond.
